The Service

Universe Post is a creative digital correspondence service. A subscription reserves a mailbox route for digital letters, account notices, and related service updates.

Subscriptions and Billing

The annual subscription is priced at $5 per year unless another price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Universe Post does not store your card number on our own servers.

Subscriptions renew every 12 months unless you cancel renewal before the next billing date. We may send renewal reminders, account notices, and service messages to the email address connected to your mailbox.

Canceling Renewal

You may cancel renewal through your subscription management link or by contacting [email protected]. Canceling renewal means your subscription will not renew at the end of the current paid period.

When renewal is canceled, your mailbox remains open until the end of the paid subscription period. After that date, the subscription ends and future letters stop unless you subscribe again. Universe Post does not currently offer a separate pause option.

Creative Nature

Universe Post is a fictional, artistic, and reflective service. We do not guarantee literal communication with another universe, scientific proof of parallel worlds, or delivery outside normal digital systems.

Letters are written as creative correspondence. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice. If you need urgent or professional help, please contact an appropriate real-world service or professional.

Letters and Replies

Letter timing, format, and frequency may vary as the service grows. Replies you voluntarily send to Universe Post may be used to continue or personalize future correspondence for your mailbox.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, emergency requests, or highly sensitive information in replies.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Universe Post changes, including when we add new features, formats, subscriptions, gift routes, or related services. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers, such as by email or a notice on the site.

Updated Terms generally apply going forward, including to renewals, new purchases, and use of new features after the updated Terms take effect. Changes will not retroactively reduce the service period you have already paid for. If you do not want a subscription to renew under updated Terms, you may cancel renewal before the next billing date.
